Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bearbottom gear, so we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
